Abstract

Introduction: The implementation of digital health information systems has become an important strategy to improve the efficiency and quality of health services. One of the innovations introduced in Indonesia is the Mobile JKN application, which enables patients to access various administrative services, including online outpatient registration. RSU Aulia has implemented an online registration system through the Mobile JKN application; however, many patients still prefer conventional registration by coming directly to the hospital and taking queue numbers manually. This condition indicates that the utilization of the application has not yet been optimal. Several factors may influence the use of digital health services, including system quality, information quality, and service quality.
Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on the utilization of the Mobile JKN application for outpatient registration services.
Method: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research involved 150 outpatients who had used the Mobile JKN application. Data were collected using structured questionnaires based on the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model, covering system quality, information quality, service quality, and application utilization. Sampling was conducted using accidental sampling. Data analysis included univariate analysis, Spearman’s rho correlation test for bivariate analysis, and multiple logistic regression for multivariate analysis.
Result: The results showed that most respondents assessed the system quality, information quality, and service quality of the Mobile JKN application as good, with a high level of application utilization. Bivariate analysis indicated significant relationships between system quality, information quality, and service quality with the utilization of the Mobile JKN application. Multivariate analysis revealed that system quality and service quality were the most influential factors in determining application utilization, while information quality was not a significant predictor after controlling for other variables.
Conclution: The utilization of the Mobile JKN application in outpatient registration is influenced primarily by system quality and service quality. Improving system performance and service support is essential to enhance the effectiveness of digital health service utilization.
