Abstract

Introduction: Safety climate is the perception of workers towards management attitudes such as policies, procedures and work practices related to the implementation of occupational safety. The study was conducted at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. This study aims to analyze the occupational safety climate at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa tbk.

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the occupational safety climate at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa tbk.

Method: Respondents numbered 67 employees. The study was conducted by filling out a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire with the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) method consisting of 7 dimensions of occupational safety climate. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires, observations, and interviews.

Result: Based on the results of this study, out of 7 dimensions of safety climate, there is 1 dimension categorized as good, 2 dimensions categorized as sufficient and 4 dimensions categorized as quite low

Conclution: The conclusion of this study is that dimension 1 can be categorized as quite low, dimension 2 is categorized as sufficient, dimension 3 is categorized as sufficient, dimension 4 is categorized as quite low, dimension 4 is categorized as quite low, dimension 5 is categorized as quite low, dimension 6 is categorized as good, dimension 7 is categorized as quite low.
