As individuals who actively drive organizational and corporate development, Gen-Z employees currently within their most productive age range necessitate adaptive and effective leadership strategies.

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the influence of effective leadership styles on the performance of Gen-Z employees at RSU Aulia, measured through the Key Performance Index (KPI) for the years 2023–2024.

Method: A quantitative method with an associative approach was employed, using a cross-sectional design. A total of 150 Gen-Z employees (born between 1995 and 2010) participated in the study by completing a structured questionnaire.

Result: The findings indicate that transformational and situational leadership styles yield the most positive impact on the KPI performance of Gen-Z employees. Conversely, autocratic and participative leadership styles were found to be relatively less effective within this demographic. Hypothesis testing revealed that the calculated F-value (2.683) exceeded the F-table value (0.874), indicating a statistically significant influence of leadership style (Variable X) on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.085, suggesting that leadership styles accounted for 8.5% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 91.5% influenced by other factors.

Conclution: The study concludes that transformational and situational leadership styles should be prioritized by RSU Aulia’s management to enhance Gen-Z employee performance. Furthermore, integrating coaching leadership approaches is recommended to support the fast-paced responsiveness and adaptability characteristic of Gen-Z employees.

Alfira Pangestika, Tri Budi Wahyuni Rahardjo, Haidar Istiqlal, Bachtiar Fanani Copyright (c) 2025 Alfira Pangestika, Tri Budi Wahyuni Rahardjo, Haidar Istiqlal, Bahtiar Fanani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/453 Tue, 29 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Balita tentang Stunting di Posyandu Camelia Kecamatan Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/431
Introduction: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impairs children's physical and cognitive development. A mother's knowledge is a crucial factor in preventing stunting, as it influences her behavior and decisions regarding child nutrition and care.

Objectives: This study aimed to describe the level of knowledge about stunting among mothers of toddlers at the Posyandu Camelia, Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City.

Method: This quantitative descriptive study used a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 27 mothers was selected using consecutive sampling during February 2025. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate analysis. Knowledge was categorized as good (76-100%), sufficient (56-75%), and poor (<56%).

Result: The majority of respondents were aged 20–30 years (55.56%), had a bachelor's degree (59.26%), and were unemployed (70.37%). The study found that most mothers (55.56%) had a poor level of knowledge about stunting, while 25.93% had a sufficient level, and only 18.52% had a good level.

Conclution: A significant portion of mothers at Posyandu Camelia have a poor level of knowledge regarding stunting, despite a high level of formal education. This highlights a gap between formal education and practical health literacy, emphasizing the need for more intensive and targeted health promotion programs.

Keywords: knowledge, mother, stunting
Ananda Prastuti Sutrisno, Ratna Komala, Rahmi Fitri Kentiasti, Shanti Hekmawati Copyright (c) 2025 Ananda Prastuti Sutrisno, Ratna Komala, Rahmi Fitri Kentiasti, Shanti Hekmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/431 Mon, 28 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Kinerja Sistem Antrian di Loket Administrasi BPJS Kesehatan https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/437
Introduction: The performance of the queuing system is often associated with the quality of service received by users. Although online services are available, there is still a problem of queue buildup in providing insurance administration services for the JKN-KIS program at BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch, Bogor Regency.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the queuing system at the administrative counter of the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch Office.

Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study, which focuses on the performance of the queuing system at the administrative counter of the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Office. Data obtained from observations, calculations, and processing using the Multi Channel Single Phase (M/M/3) queue model: (FIFO/∞/∞).

Result: The study revealed that the highest queue buildup occurred between 09:01 and 10:00, with 157 participants, an average of 24.2 people in line, and 27.09 people waiting in the system. In contrast, the lowest queue was observed between 13:01 and 14:00, with 64 participants and almost no waiting time. The longest average waiting time in the queue was 0.93 minutes, and the shortest was 0.01 minutes, while the total time in the system ranged from 1.04 minutes at peak hours to 0.12 minutes at off-peak hours.

Conclusion: This finding is expected to serve as a basis for improving the efficiency and quality of service in the queuing system at BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch.
Dewi Puspa; Rahma Yeni Copyright (c) 2025 Dewi Puspa, Rahma Yeni https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/437 Mon, 28 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Kombinasi Kompres Dingin dan Teknik Distraksi Audiovisual Terhadap Tingkat Nyeri Saat Pemasangan Infus Pada Anak Usia Sekolah https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/458
Introduction: Pain during invasive procedures such as IV insertion in school-age children can lead to trauma and non-cooperative behavior.

Method: Studi QI prospektif kuasi-eksperimental (pra–pasca intervensi) dilakukan menggunakan empat siklus Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA). Primary outcome adalah tingkat kepatuhan kebersihan tangan berdasarkan standar WHO.

Result: Pada pra-intervensi, 70 peluang diamati dengan kepatuhan 47,14%.

Conclusion: Edukasi tenaga kesehatan, monitoring dan supervisi IPCN, serta simulasi langsung 5 Moments Hand Hygiene terbukti efektif meningkatkan kepatuhan kebersihan tangan di rumah sakit.

Keyword: kebersihan tangan; siklus PDSA; layanan kesehatan
Verawaty Sitohang, Angela Yosica, Helen Kristin Tarigan Copyright (c) 2025 Verawaty Sitohang, Angela Yosica, Helen Kristin Tarigan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://journals.prosciences.net/index.php/jnep/article/view/482 Tue, 29 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000
